OUR RESPONSE.
In 2023, Haymarket Automotive launched an all-new e-mobility channel – Move Electric – building on our credentials as an expert trusted source for car buying and EV research to drive even bigger conversations around the fast-growing e-bike and e-scooter sectors. But who could help us get Move Electric, well, moving?
We know that championing home charging as the easiest, most cost-effective answer to the common EV roadblocks of range and charging helps smooth the path to EV adoption. That made OVO Energy the perfect partner, as the brand was looking to expand on its pledge to make zero carbon living easy with a position of leadership in home charging.
We gave OVO Energy sole exclusive display tenancy across the full breadth of Move Electric – delivering 100% share-of-voice and impressive media value at the site’s point of biggest growth and investment.
It was also a truly native campaign: putting a steady drumbeat of OVO Energy’s brand story at the heart of the e-mobility conversation through the brand’s support of our high-profile Move Electric Awards, and our attention-grabbing videos that highlighted different forms of e-mobility with all-electric lap records of Brands Hatch and a race across London.
